How to Enable/disable USB Debugging in Android

Now you can easily enable or disable usb debugging in android .to day I have explain tutorial about usb debugging in android 4.o or 2.3 phones.

Step 1. Go to Settings

Step 2. navigate down and tap “Developer options”

Step 3. Check for “USB debugging” tick mark to enable and unmark to disable.

Step 1. Go to Settings.

Step 2. Tap on “Applications”.

Step 3. Navigate to “Development”.

    Just upgraded to jellybam v7.8 and no developer option exists.. what do I do ? roll back to 7.7??
    Please help
