How to Fix Google Play Error “Error Retrieving Information from Server [RPC: S - AEC - 0]“

If you are using an Android Device, you might have downloaded many games and apps form google play store . you have come across the following error “Error retrieving information from server [RPC:AEC:0]” while trying to install or update your applications from the Play Store, you can fix it by following the steps below.

How to fix  Google play error: “error retrieving information from server [rpc:aec:0]“

Step 1 – Go to Settings.

Step 2 – Under Accounts and sync, Select Google.

Step 3 – Tap on your gmail id and from the options select remove account.

Step 4 – Once your account is removed, Go to settings and under accounts select “Add Account” and add in your Google account again. Once done, you should be able to download updates to your apps and download new apps again.

    On my samsung galaxy tab 2 p3100 there is no option of remove account can help with that?

      factory reset your device that solve your prblm ( first backup your contact @ msg & wifi pass ..etc )

    I’ve been trying to fix this error all day and nothing has worked. I’ve cleared the data, tried reinstalling my google account, but nothing works. I use this card all the time, so I know it’s not the card. If someone could help, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks.

    Tried removingaccount on both devices Samsung galaxy2 and Motorola droid bionic still no positive results.

    I did delete my account and then put it back in I could do one download but after that I can’t download anything

      perform a factory reset on your device.. thts solve your problem
